Because of the team of specialist lawyers which the company employs, AD& A is able to provide all legal services related to Industrial Property law.  These include Trade Marks, patents, designs and copyright, disloyal competition, advice on the cessation, transferring and licensing of rights, and the defence of clients’ interests through the civil, penal and administrative courts.
